The Preliminary List of Electors (for Claims & Objections between 16 - 22 June) containing eligible electors with reference to 30 June, 2025 has been published.
Submit your application for allocation of a symbol to contest General & Regional Elections, on 1st September, 2025, for Geographical Constituencies, National Top-Up and Regional Democratic Councils.

3 - 23 June, 2025
During this period, parties contesting the Elections must submit a symbol (which will be used on relevant ballots once lists are approved) to the Chief Election Officer for approval by the Commission.
16 - 22 June, 2025
To prepare an Official List of Electors to be used for the conduct of General & Regional Elections.
14 July 2025
On this day, the Chief Election Officer will receive Lists of Candidates from Representatives of Political Parties contesting the elections for each of the 10 Geographical Constituencies and Regional Democratic Councils.
22 August 2025
On this day, members of the Guyana Police Force, Guyana Defense Force and Guyana Prison Service will be given the opportunity to cast their ballot in advance of Elections Day.
